Can it cause a miscarriage?

I am freaking out. I know it can cause preterm labor. Today I suddenly came down with a bunch of symptoms - horrible burning, pressure, cloudy urine, peeing every two seconds. I feel absolutely horrible unless I am laying down.

I'd get in for meds ASAP. Also drink tons of water and cranberry juice

It's going away now. I am on Amoxicillin and trying to drink cranberry juice.
