I ran from first poas to delivery! I just followed my body. I was crazy slow in the end. But I find postpartum running harder than running at almost 41 weeks!

You can look up the studies. It was all over the news last year. I think they used to baby pregnant moms and make everything too strenuous. But then moms started packing on 50-90lbs and so they actually did the real studies. I wore a tummy support at 26 weeks, during my 1/2 marathon and it did help GL!!!
