I would try tracking your calories on MFP. It's free and easy, and you get a good idea of what is going on with your diet and how it correlates to your weight loss.

Just wanted to update. I upped my food intake, especially veggies and lean meats. I'm down a pound and a half.thanks ladies!

I works try cardio, leg lifts, weight and strength training. marine observatory and our px90. there's a 10 mountie trainer groin px90 guy I think that's supposed to be good walking speed? do like power walking our something our of you're comfort range. I did pilates too that helped. hugs on death.

this was going to be my question as well... if your thyroid is low then you may need to change meds (if you are on any)

Funny you should ask. My thyroid was radiated too and it yoyos a lot. I see my CNM on Friday and will ask her to check it again. If I am at the low end (or is it high end? I never remember) I will ask her to bump my meds back up.
