when to file dispute
I bought something off here it has been 10 days with no word. I bought it on the 2/1/13, I tried to message but their box is full. I tried the email address on paypal but no response, what do you think? On the third they said they were sick, but just wondering what to do?

Re: when to file dispute
I would contact a mod and file a dispute. Filing opens the case and will get the sellers attention, you don't have to escalate.

Re: when to file dispute
Yup I would contact a mod. 10 days is too long unless she is in hospital sick.

Contact a mod. Sellers have 5 business days to ship; sick or not. If she hasn't communicated at all, that would be what worries me. It takes a few seconds to type a PM saying "Hey I'm xyz so it will be a few days until I can ship. Is that okay with you?"
You have 45days from the date of payment to file a dispute. So you can either contact a mod and see if they can get in contact with the seller, or go ahead and open a dispute while you wait. Just make sure if you open a dispute that you DO NOT close it until the item(s) you bought are in your hands and as described. Once you close a dispute you cannot reopen it. GL mama, sorry you have some flack to deal with. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using DS Forum

My baby was just in the hospital, following a week of my oldest having the wretched flu. I sold eBay items and shipping ASAP. I was not sure when he would get out so I messages all buyers and offered to refund if they could not wait.
Everyone was awesome. I immediately shipped upon getting home though.
