I was so set on not having a theme for any of the baby items. A friend of mine chose one monkey item for the nursery and now that baby has monkey themed everything. People went monkey crazy. Now I'm starting to notice I have several items with giraffes on them. I think I accidentally chose a theme. Woops!

I'm thinking of also using some type of pre fitted too since I'm not really into prefolds but am on a tight budget

How many more pockets or AIOs do you think I need for washing every 2 days?

i'm probably the wrong person to answer this question since i didnt cloth diaper my last kiddo (who will be 6 yrs old!!) until he was almost 2 mos (and even then it was with g-diapers for a few weeks as i eased into cloth). BUT- i have read that for washing every 2 days you want to have right around 36 nb diapers total, so that's the number i went for. you're close!

Not done yet here! I only have to order like 3-5 more fitteds and THEN I'll be done once everything comes in. Right now with stuff that's ordered and stuff that's here I will have 18 AIO's, 11 prefitteds, 8 fitteds and 6 or 7 covers.

I now have 40 XS pockets and AIO's..once they get here I will take pics.

What kind of prefitteds did you get? I'm having a hard time finding any

Not really a newborn stash because we plan to use disposables For the first month or until these fit but:

12 grovia shells
32 organic cotton soakers
12 grovia boosters
12 cotton flats

Planning to make the flats into a 2 layer pad folded insert with Birdseye on one side & flannel from receiving blankets on the other side. Now
I just need time to sew!

I am super excited for a streamline, all one brand stash. I don't like a few of all different kinds.
