Also they are very stiff when wet & shrink quite a bit.

I never used a HLC but my understanding is they are very similar to the snapless multis since they are T&T and bamboo terry. They just have snaps. The soaker is snake style too so it holds more (or so I have read). I just couldn't justify spending $29 on one to try it out. I wouldn't use the velour since IME velour is the least absorbant of the 3 : bamboo terry, bamboo fleece & bamboo velour.

I assume all are excellent quality since Sbish usually is. As for which I would use for night-time, I would try a HLC and get an extra doubler JIC. My son is petite and the OBFs (the usually recommended night diaper) left welts on his legs from both the bulk and the serging. Most people buy the OBF or "magic" diaper for nights.

So, are the snapless more absorbent than the OBFs? I'm sort of Sbish ignorant

No, other way around. OBFs more than snapless.

Re: Most absorbant fitted dipe?

Most absorbent...or best all around It's really hard. I've tried most fitteds. What we've settled on are sbish snapless or HLC for day. For night sbish OBF or ODC velour. The ODC is the most absorbent diaper I've ever used. I like kiwi pie, but they run small. Bububebe either regular or Sleepytime is another good choice they just fit funny.

Re: Most absorbant fitted dipe?

I just tried sbish HLC. I found the fold down rise snaps to be awkward spacing. The right flap is over stretched in order to snap. Anyone else find this?

Re: Most absorbant fitted dipe?

Another vote for sustainable babyish snapless multi fitteds here. We have been having a hard time finding a nighttime system for our heavy wetter 8mo. We were reccomended to try these and they are amazing! And so quick to prep too! I washed them once and started using them with great success.

Re: Most absorbant fitted dipe?

I use the B4's (Bububebe) Fitteds at night time under a Disana wool cover. We love it. LO is 16 months, never had a leak. Can someone tell me how a Sbish compares to a B4? Sounds like everyone loves Sbish so I'm wondering how they compare to what I'm use to? Also I hear a lot about the MEOS being nice for nighttime as well? Anyone use either of these? Thanks!!
