Oh the restless legs!

I don't think I've ever had it this bad, or this early in pregnancy. It always takes me at least an hour to fall asleep at night because my legs are jumping and I need to move them! It's awful! I've tried some Hylands Homeopathic tablets and I'm not sure they work. If they do, they take way too long to kick in. (even taking them an hour before bed) I've cut out all caffeine. I'm about to stick a bar of Ivory soap under my sheets because the internet says that works.

Anyone else having this? Anyone find something that works? I need to SLEEP!

I've had this really bad too but haven't done anything to help or treat it. Interested to see what others say.

Yes! I hate it! Poor dh. One thing I hate is, if I am distracted it doesn't bother me as much, but once I notice it, it drives me BONKERS! I am going to follow thing thread now!

I've had it in my past pregnancies, and it's starting again already for this one. Ugh!
The only thing I've found that helped was sleeping on the couch. It seemed like my legs were a lot less twitchy there, or maybe it was just that I could kick around and wiggle without worrying about keeping DH up. Whatever it was, I got a better sleep there than in my own bed.
