They seem to be spreading and starting to itch. Is there anything else that could be? She did say she had a little headache, belly ache, and sore throat today...but as I mentioned one of her sisters has a cold.

My son had one pimple under his navel where his diaper covers, but that could be coincidence. I wonder if he'll wake up with more in the morning?

It usually starts with cold symptoms before the pox show up. They get big watery blisters on them after a while. The first ones to show up get dark red, then scab over, and all the others follow.
