I made up my own routine. I alternate swings with other moves like snatch and press, windmills, squats, figure 8s, etc. there are a lot of example workouts on Pinterest, I looked through those and then wrote down a sequence I thought would work. I also watched a bunch of YouTube videos to make sure I was doing them right.

My iDevices are out to get me. Please excuse mistakes.

I've been doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred workouts. You can get them on YouTube and they are less than 30 minutes long. I put the baby down for a nap and my toddler gets to watch a show and I exercise.
