kegals and pelvic tilts are supposed to help with SPD. both exercises serve to strengthen the muscles that are loose bc of hormones...i do both a bunch and i feel like it does relieve the feeling that my legs might come off like some sort of broken barbie.

i also see the chiro weekly but i still have some discomfort these days.
