you should be drinking 1/2 your body weight in oz

i drink alot fo water, especially right now while its hot, but i carry a 20 oz water bottle with me and fill it up about 2x and finish it everyday, sometims i drink more water

My MW tells me a gallon (128 oz). I drink almost 100 oz a day. (Which BTW is more than 1/2 my body wieght in oz. I had to add that for my own good.

When I had near-passing out episodes a couple weeks ago, the nurse at my dr's office told me I should be drinking several glasses of juice or other clear liquids plus 8 8 ounce glasses of water a day. I guess we know why we pee so much

I was told 64oz, maybe I am wrong. I try to drink as much as I can, esp water of juice. I do have one cup of java in the morning and that is all the caffeine I allow
