Re: Have a history of delivering a little early then go past term?

My last baby was at 39 weeks and I'll be 41 weeks tomorrow.

Re: Have a history of delivering a little early then go past term?

Almost. I was induced because of my BP with my youngest but I'm sure I could have gone another week. This was my healthiest pregnancy though.

DS1 38 weeks
DD 35 weeks
DS2 40 weeks

I wondered the same during my last preg. First was born at 38 weeks and weighed 5 lbs 12 oz. I was so afraid my 2nd would come earlier but she hung out until 39 weeks 1 day. She weighed 7 lbs 8 oz. I met a number of moms who's second came later. And my friend is 39 weeks pregnant with her third and her second came at 37 weeks.

First was 36 weeks 5 days
Second was 37 weeks 4 days
Third was 41 weeks

I seriously thought I was never going to deliver her! After my other two I was just convinced that the absolute latest I would go was 38 weeks. DD had other plans lol. The upside was that my labor with her was only about 2 hours

#1 39wk (water broke but labor didn't progress so I was induced due to high-risk)
#2 37wk (scheduled an induction due to high-risk but went into labor naturally)
#3 39wk 4d (had been having semi-regular contractions that weren't progressing so my midwife swept my cervix a couple times and gave me some "homework." Have a feeling I would have made it to 40wks or beyond otherwise. Since I was ready to go at 37wks again it felt like an eternity!)
