Lanolizing for first use

Can anyone direct me to step by step instructions for initial lanolizing?
I've only ever re-lanolized used wool before (so it was already pretty well lanolized).
Do I need to use more? Or do anything different?
I just bought some upcycled longies from somebody on here.

Thanks!

Re: Lanolizing for first use

Just do what you did before..you will usually use a pea size amount for a soaker, a little more for some longies! Inside out is best, so the lanolin gets where it is needed the most! You are already a pro if you have re lanolized already! Have fun and enjoy your new to you wool!!
