I also agree that what you're describing sounds pretty normal. I have crazy letdowns the first few months too, and laid back nursing helped us a little bit until my baby got faster at swallowing. http://www.llli.org/faq/positioning.htmlMy babes also get really green poop when they start teething (which in our family is pretty early), so that could be a little factor too. There's a good chance her gut flora just isn't back to normal yet since the antibiotics. I'd keep up the probiotics and possibly try changing nursing positions. You're a great mama, and you know your baby the best of anyone!
