already tons of good advice. but I want to direct you to this article so that you can see that part of this is completely normal and not your fault. Even though he's 4, it's hard when you get a new sibling. And testing every single limit to make sure that parents still love you as much as the new baby is something you might not have been able to avoid regardless of what changed during the pregnancy.
