Bible/Character Curriculum

Any favorites? I'd like it to be something that will work for ages pre-k through 1st grade. Would be great to have a memory verse per week and really get them thinking. I need to keep them together for my sanity but my older son is in a place where he's wanting to go deeper so I'd rather have it geared more towards him if I can't find a good fit for both.

Re: Bible/Character Curriculum

I ordered a few different things, before I realized our curriculum teaches virtues/character lessons. Doh!
They all look great though!!
I got the family kit from We Choose Virtues for $69. Here: http://we-choose-virtues.myshopify.c...cts/family-kit
And The Original 21 rules of This House for around $23. Here: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/AS.../chrisficti-20
This one was around $16: Our 24 Family Ways

I like the We Choose Virtues...how were you planning to use it? One virtue a week and then repeat?

Yes, I think that would work best
I'm going to use the family ways book over the summer, since we are already doing a similar study to the I Choose Virtues in school next year.

Re: Bible/Character Curriculum

I have found a couple of VBS/Sunday School curriculums as used bookstores that we used. They were specifically designed for Pre-K. most involved having a big group of kids, so i had to be creative how to do each activity. the publisher is Shining Star Publications, they have lots of books.

we now are going though a children's bible and reading 1 story a week, doing games, crafts, and activities based on the story. if we wanted we could pick 1 verse to memorize for each week's story.
