Goodmamas on newborns????

I am trying to figure out how I want to diaper this new baby. It has been three years since I have diapered a little one and I have never diapered a newborn. I love the look of the goodmamas and sbish diapers, if I go this route I plan on using fleece covers. Has anyone used these on newborns and what is your opinion on them.

I love the newborn size of good mama but the os would be too bulk on a little baby. IMO

How did they work absorbency wise and fit? What cover did you use?

They fit for a good while, dd grew out of them around 3 months, they also fit right away (8lbs) and absorbed a lot. Dd slept for 6-7 hours a night and never leaked. We used thristies duo wrap size 1 over them.

I had 2 that I got from FSOT I never used them but I will say they were amazingly soft and squishing seemed bigger than all our other nb diapers we have. I sold them because they were boyish and we found out we were having a girl

Ok I am in love with the look and feel of them but I hate the fact that I will have to cover them up. I really wish they would make an ai2 like them.
