AF returned, still EPing!!
I'm a bit concerned because I'm only 5 months into EPing for my little guy and Ms. AF showed her ugly face this morning
!! I'm concerned that the return of this may have an affect on my milk supply! I have a good stash in the freezer, but there's no way it would last until he's a year old! Anyone have this issue?? Did it have an affect on your supply?

I exclusively breastfed my kids, including almost exclusively pumping for my 3rd. AF always returned within 2 months postpartum. I never noticed any effect on my supply. Milk production is based on supply and demand (generally). If you continue to pump the same number of times for the same length of time, your supply shouldn't change. As for the taste of the milk, that is only affected by a new pregnancy, not AF. HTH!
