We generally use Grovia during the day (in Grovia AI2/AIO or GMD WH) and hemp babies at night (in 4.0). Per Grovia (a looooong time ago) their boosters absorb about 3oz. The older Grobaby boosters are a little smaller in length and width -- less absorbency, but trimmer if that's what you're looking for.

I haven't tried them, but what about OsoCozy doublers? The price looks hard to beat!

Kawaii's 3-layer bamboo inserts are my #1 favorite doubler. Thin and absorbent. I was having leaks with all my diapers and these solved my issue when added to my minky tots bots and in FBs in back of the microfiber insert.
We're a CDing (potty-learned), co-sleeping (bunk beds), extended BFing (weaned), baby-wearing (big boy-wearing), non-circing, Waldorf loving, tree-hugging, hand-me-downs-welcome Earth friendly family!
