I know there were some problems with snap pliers/snaps from the Babyville line. Are they good now, or should I wait for Kam Snaps? I'm kind of in a rush, but I'd rather get quality.

I have a Kam Snaps pliers, but have used the Babyville snaps. I think they actually are stronger than KamSnaps. I've had more KamSnaps crack and the Babyville ones seem to snap a bit tighter too.

I have both, and I have an easier time getting the Babyville snaps to "work" with my Kam pliers. That being said, the plastic seems more brittle, and when I mess them up, which I always do, it is much easier to break off a Babyville snap. In terms of longevity, I haven't tested them over a long time so I couldn't say

The babyville pliers are just junk in my opinion. But the snaps have been great. I use both kam and babyville and I haven't noticed a difference in wear. I have had some for over a year of washing and so far they are fine.

That is great! I have the Kam pliers. I'll pick up some Babyville snaps if I need them.
