Thanks everyone!! We did go out for about a half an hour before she said she was tired and wanted to take a bath, so she's soaking now and melting away the rest of the snot

She seems to be in a better mood already, thanks for helping me to get over my pneumonia-phobia

Outside is fine. Running a lot could be bad for her cough, but not detrimental.

Playing with other kids inside would be bad, but, it's not like you want to go to a playplace with her.

Fresh air is great for her.
