Re: Ready for next ultrasound

I hope all goes well. I still do not have much of an opinion on ultrasounds. I jave seen that they can turn parents into a worried mess. My dd measured on the bigger side and she was born at 36 weeks. She weighed 6lbs 7oz and was 19" long. The doctor that felt my stomach was correct about her weight, haha. Now at 22 months she is only 31" and in the 2% for height, lol. She is also on the lower end for weight. I had to get a 3D ultrasound because they could not get a very good look at her heart. They thought they noticed something was wrong as well. It turned out she just has extra fiber tissue. It does not cause any problems and it is usually genetic. This 2nd baby was 13oz at the 20 weeks US and I was told she was 3oz larger than average. So I might make big babies after all, lol.
