Hi everyone. Well I *used* to be a sz 4 before my LO, and I walked out of the hospital only 2lbs heavier than my pre-pregnancy weight, I was back in my old jeans within days! Then I started having issues with breastmilk production so my lactation consultant suggested fenugreek. Well no one told me it was also used as a weight gain supplement and I gained 16lbs in a VERY short period of time! I used to be able to eat ANYTHING I wanted and not gain a lb so I really dont know how to cook healthy, I cook like Paula Dean LOL. So I started Body by VI 3 days ago after watching my SIL shrink 20lbs in 6wks without exercise and I REALLY like it!! I feel better, have tons of energy, and (I dont know if its coincidence or not) but Ive lost 2lbs in 3 days! Anyhow youre supposed to have a healthy dinner (or whatever meal you chose) and in 3 days ive exhausted my healthy recipes

Any ideas? I need side dishes more than anything!! Thanks!

You're welcome. The best part is her food doesn't taste like diet food. My husband and son had no idea that I was cooking healthier when I started using her website and they both love the food.

yea my bf is already unhappy because Ive replaced breakfast and lunch with shakes (in other words he has to fend for himself lol) and then I feed him veggies and grilled chicken for dinner...hes like "really, babe?"

I totally feel for him. That's how my whole family felt when I first started trying to lose weight. Then I started using her recipes, and they actually thought I"d quit trying. One of our favorite dinners off her site is Sweet Barbacoa pork with cilantro lime rice. Dh makes burrito bowls with it, DS likes quesedillas with it adn I make myself a taco salad. It's super good and all comes out of the crockpot/rice cooker so it's not even all that much cooking. Tonight I"m making the sweet potato brulee from there and then serving with grilled steak and a salad.
