I'm down 2 lbs this week. I was down a 3.5 but then my birthday came and of course I thought I was entitled to eat whatever I wanted, 3000 calories is easy to consume in cake, specialty coffee, and Mexican food! Oh, well, still happy with the loss!

AFM: I'm up .8 but that's ok. It was shark week and I know my muscles are holding on to water weight. I'll take my official weigh in when they release.

What should I do with leftover black lentils? I bought a pack that is pre-cooked. I had only ever had them in soup. It said eat with salmon (which we don't eat) so I decided to sauté with garlic. Need more ideas. I liked them but my family wasn't a fan.

And any thoughts on loosing the pooch? I am also hoping the excess skin goes away as the weight comes off, does it shrink?
