what do you drink

I dont like water.

I lije mountain dew, Rootbeer, juices, sweet tea, tea with lemon and sugar, lemonade, smoothies, and milkshakes.

All things loaded with sugar and calories.

I need something low in calorie and yummy to drink.

Ideas?

I drink mostly water and unsweetened tea. I LOVE Dr. Pepper but only let myself have one or two a week because of all the sugar and calories.

Have you tried Vitamin Water Zero or adding Crystal Light to water?

My Mood:
Mio is pretty tasty as a sugar free option... I drank it while I had gestational diabetes. I normally love water but while pregnant, plain water made me nauseas

Learn to like water?
Seriously though, try bottled or flavor inserts, or just suck it up and make yourself cut out the sugar drinks for a couple weeks and just drink water. You'll learn to love it once your body stops craving all the gross stuff.

Water with ice and a splash of fresh lemon or lime juice. Or water with some mint leaves.

My DH likes to make his own sweet tea with stevia. It tastes pretty good (though I am more of an unsweetenedvtea fan myself).

Flavor your water. Use cucumbers, strawberries, raspberries, lemon, lime, mint or peaches.


You may have to go cold turkey on the sugary drinks. Try it for 21 days and you'll lose your taste for it.

Mostly water and unsweet iced tea. I'll usually have a cup of hot tea in the morning: oolong, green or RRL. Occasionally coke made with cane sugar... More coke than usual now since I am pregnant and it's what sounds good.

Try adding squeezes of fresh lemon and orange to your water. Or get some sparkling water like Topo Chico and just add a touch of juice.

Ive tried and couldnt .... Yay a pathetic excuse but I failed miserably....

I dont like carbanated juices...

Maybe I need to try to make it 21 days and thek see it just made me tired and light headed and I got horrible headaches

Crystal light gives me headaches as well...
