Re: HS Weight Loss Thread- March

Yeah, I've tried really hard to be good this weekend. Have to weigh in tomorrow morning so I'll be sure to report back. Hopefully I didn't do too much damage with the pizza and cake today. Knowing I have to weigh tomorrow really helped me keep the portion in check.

Hi Checking in to say that I've eaten really well so far today. My normal sweet creamer has been replaced by half and half & Truvia sweetner. My creamer was the one thing I was having a hard time giving up, so hopefully the number on the scale will budge some now. I'll do a Jillian Michael's workout video later today/this evening.

Hoping you all have a great day!

i'm trying to keep up w/WW pts to make myself more accountable. according to my calcs so far, i'm at 23 so far today (I get 29). The bulk of my pts came from the avocado I had on my salad for lunch. But I'm good w/the pts. I can make it on 6 for the rest of the evening, esp since I'm vegan and the majority of my food is veggies

Well today was weigh in. I lost 2.4 pounds so I'm happy with that. I know losing slow is best but part of me was hoping for a bigger number. I need to focus on water and exercise this week.

afm....it's all good i supposed. not losing any wt....boohiss...but i've done yoga 3x this week, so i'm happy w/that. I remember back to when I did yoga 5x or more each week and worked out and was in SUCH good shape...sigh....yeah...pre-kids. now it's just so hard to squeeze it in. anyway, i realized what terrible shape i was in and it's a smidge depressing. but onward and upward right????

Yeah, it's so true that if you don't use it you lose it!

Well, today has gone well as far as food choices. I had to take DS2 to the doctor and it took much longer than expected so I was starving by the time we got out. The old me would have hit a drive through on the way home but I restrained myself...small victory! I haven't done any exercise this week but I really need to get back to it! When DH is home we don't follow any type of schedule and the days just fly by. I've GOT to make time for it!
