My eating was so so and I did do 30 min on treadmill. I am doing C25K again starting partway through but it is only 3 days a week but will check in everyday. My short term 10lb goal is going to be highlights in my hair

Another in favor of My Fitness Pal! Get the app on your phone so you can log your food snd exercise easily. Scan barcodes to quickly input food. Add friends on their for accountability and make your food diary public for extra accountability. I'm MrsBeeGood on there if you need a friend!

Awesome well we at least started lol!! I'm excited. It had snowed a little last night & my eliptical is still in our garage so I froze my booty off lol!! It will be making a move to my dd's playroom now I'm making her share it.

YES!! Making my diary public was huge for me! It helps a lot knowing people will be looking at it... not that anybody actually does but just knowing they could!

You did the eliptical in the garage! Brrrrrr! I love the cold and snow but, not sure I would have done that So, I got on our new digital scale and not sure how accurate it is so I am going to take the info w/ a grain of salt until I can get to the Dr sometime to compare but, w/ our old nondigital scale I weighed 160 and w/ this it says 158.2 and I want to be down to 140lbs. Anyone have a digital scale? How accurate are they? The first time I got on it this morning I weighed 160 and then I put clothes on and stepped on it again and I weighed 158.2

Well we have a digital & its always been accurate. I weighed on it when I got back from dr & they were the same. If your using the battery it came with it may be going dead as to why the differences in weight. Ours was when we bought it. I'm at 140.8 as of today I'm aiming for 130 for a small goal. I think it's going to warm up some here so I may start that c25k thing today also
