Re: Basically it's Thursday

MH and I are at school. she is off to class. I have to take her at my lunch break to get her little cavity filled then back to teach for the afternoon.

We packed lunch, PB&J is what she chose. She will eat her's on the way to the dentist.

WFD: BBQ chicken legs in the crockpot, baked potatoes, and salad

DH packed our son's lunch. I believe tuna is what is on the menu for today. For dinner? Baked ranch chicken breast with pasta (rigatoni) and vegetables.

Re: Basically it's Thursday

And I am back and showered. DW and W/D full. Kitchen cleaned and decluttered. And today may be the only day I get to drink my tea and coffee hot every time, LOL.

My kids are very anti-cafeteria lunch. IDK why. At the old school, they begged for it. It is the same crap here. Maybe they finally realized it is crap, LOL.

Rosie left her homework folder here. I am resisting the urge to go take it to school. She leaves her stuff all over the place and never puts it away. She needs to learn to take care of her things.

Trying to figure out the order of my errands. I have many things to do today.

Re: Basically it's Thursday

Lucky duck! Baby is not letting me shower. I *think* I just got him to sleep but I am going to wait until he stops grunting before I hop in the shower. My ODS keeps begging for lunch from the cafeteria but I am not a big fan of the idea. I am thinking about letting him get food from there once before the year is over...maybe that will quench his thirst for crap food .

Wont that get expensive over time or is it cheaper than making?

Would she be more excited about a packed lunch if she got to make something to put in it?
