Chiro?

Do any of you regularly go to the chiropractor during pregnancy?

I have not in the past because my insurance did not cover it(and OOP was out of the question at that time), but this time around it does and I just recently found a chiro in the area who specializes in the Webster Technique. Going in this morning for my first adjustment. Hoping I can get some relief for these aching back and hips, and maybe even the pubic symphasis issues I've been having lately. It's all so much worse this time around than any of my previous three pregnancies! So thankful I can get to a chiro and try something besides hot packs, cold packs, and Tylenol.

Re: Chiro?

I have seen a chiropractor for both my pregnancies. This chiro is better than my last and my sciatica is minimal plus she helped turn baby.

Re: Chiro?

I went to chiro through DS2's pregnancy - it made an amazing difference, comfort/pain wise. Definitely my most comfortable pregnancy, by far.
Although... he was also my only breech baby. I have no clue whether chiro made a difference there, but it has always worried me a bit, so I haven't gone with the rest of our pregnancies. (Also, our chiro moved to the city 4 years ago and we weren't able to find someone we really liked afterwards).

Re: Chiro?

I did with my first, and just started a few weeks ago now. I wanted to go earlier, but the budget wouldn't quite let me go for that long! It made a huge difference the first time, and is making a great improvement now. I have horrible back pain with my pregnancies and it's my only relief!

Re: Chiro?

I really need to go to ours. I pay for a separate chiro insurance for DH, primarily, but I've never been to one. Maybe something to do, especially with my back pain right now!

Re: Chiro?

My hip pain is terrible. Just today I got a referral for a chiro because I seriously have no idea how I will make it through the next 6 weeks!
