I think it may be past its time. Also she needs more comments on her idea of practicing seat safety.

I don't really see much wrong with it...the chest clip could be a little higher but the harness looks snug, at or slightly above his shoulders, and he's at least a yr - probably more like 18 mo to 2 yrs. i know many RF longer but really this pic isn't bad IMHO.

I can not comment on the age of the seat because I have no idea what seat it is.

It's a evenflo Titan probably not expired but he needs the straps to be fixed, also you really shouldn't be sharing other people's children's photos on the Internet (or linking them) I understand how frustrating it can be so I usually just post onto the news feed how a harness should be. It took me a long time to accept that you can't change the world although you can try
