Nope. No need to. Everything is knit, so there's no worry about things unraveling. You could easily hem the bottom if you like the hemmed look better, but I wouldn't hem the straps. It would add bulk to them, they probably wouldn't stretch as well, and its not needed.

Thanks. Didyou use a stretch stitch when sewing pieces together.? Sorry I am trying to make this for myself and I am horrible at making me clothes so I'm just making sure.

If you have a specific stretch stitch, you can use that. I just zigzagged because it was just for test fitting.

Another question which way was your stretch on the waste. It seems like if you have it width wise it would stretch too wide? At the width iof your waist measurement? No stretch would be harder together on?

The skirt is a circle skirt, so there's no specific direction to cut the skirt.

So I made it and will take pictures but I feel that the straps were still too short at 102" . Maybe because I am not fluffy? I need about ten more inches to get it to nicely lay after tying
