Where did you purchase the item(s) from:
What did you buy: 3 hairbows, 2 amber teething necklaces
How was the customer service: Nonexistent to horrible. She claims to have shipped the items with Parcel Post, no tracking. They never arrived and it was excuse after excuse, all of which I believed and gave her the benefit of the doubt on. Her refund to me bounced, and after that, she told me that she just found out her daughter had leukemia (mind you, this is three weeks after my purchase) and disappeared with no response. As sorry as I am for her troubles, I cannot spend $43.48 on something I never received, and unless she spent my money with no intentions of ever sending my product three weeks before finding out her daughter was sick, none of this makes any sense.
Review of the product: N/A as I never received product.
Any additional comments:
Would you do business with them again? Never, I am disappointed as I could really use the teething necklaces and now don't have the funds to reorder them elsewhere.
