I shave it all every 3-4 days. I could never handle having hair! It annoys me to no end. I'm thinking of being brave and waxing soon.

I voted "something else"
since I didn't see a shave bare naked option

I shave it all off, every other day....
I have had it this way for 4 years, I can't imagine it anyother way now.

I use hair conditioner instead of shaving gel and I almost never get razor burn!

I having permanent hair removal done brazillian style, I'm on my 3rd treatment with great results so far... waxing hurt tooo much and it grew back quickly and I always get bumps from shaving or waxing so lasering was worth the price to me.....

When I remember/ have the time, I shave The only time I shaved entirely was right before an OB appointment and I felt kinda silly.

Re: !TMI Alert! - How do you care for the "hair down there"

I shaved my bikini area a couple of times, but the itch was too much to bear. So now I trim when things get out of control, and occasionally pluck if I HAVE to wear a bathing suit.

Jackie, can you tell us more about the laser thing? If I knew it would work, I'd think seriously about it!

Re: !TMI Alert! - How do you care for the "hair down there"

I shave once every other month or so. my hair down there grows really slow. I shave it when it bothers me and then let it grow agian until it bothers me. I have a hard time shaveing it. I tried to do an every day or every other day thing and just ended up cutting myself to bits and haveing to wear a pad for a couple of days. I just can't seem to get it right. I will not ever wax agin. I tried my legs once and ripped off a large chunk of skin. it hurt so bad I won't do that one agian. I would consider permenate hair removal if I could afford it. but I can barly afford razor blades so permenate hair removal is out of the question.

Shave? Are you kidding? I only shave my legs 3 months out of the year! LOL

I'm pretty much native. A couple of times a year I hit it with DH's beard trimmer, but other than that it's au naturale!

Shave...every couple of days, probably. Any longer than that in between and it gets...itchy. Go WITH the grain, so to speak, for heaven's sake. I will say that just "trimming" was incredible itchy. Like...yikes.

There are cute little tiny razors for the bikini area, maybe made by Gillette? I can't remember. They are about 1/2 Inch wide and are good when you don't want to go tearing around with a average razor. KWIM?
