I need WAHM recommendations!
I am looking to buy a mei tai, a very basic one but I would love the front panel part to be a bright hippy-ish rainbow print so I would need a wahm who makes these who is willing to let me pick my fabric. The most I can spend is 50ish including shipping. I saw a bunch on etsy in my price range that would let me pick my print but i am nervous if they are well made so I would LOVE some recommendations please! Or if you have something you are looking to sell that fits the bill?

Re: I need WAHM recommendations!
I have seen more on Etsy that I would NOT buy/use than those that I would. A low price, brand new, might often mean low quality or inexpensive materials, which could be less safe than the more expensive ones.
You can find inexpensive Babyhawks on Amazon from time to time, or a used quality mei tai of any brand (here or other swaps) and I'm sure you could find a WAHM to make a slipcover for you. Or, you might be able to find a slipcover on Etsy, and since that's not a structural part of the carrier, I wouldn't be concerned with the sewing quality for safety reasons. |
