I've been feeling really gross and unhealthy lately. I recently learned that I have an iron deficiency, which explains much of my issues, but I really want to get back on track. I'm taking iron pills, but I know it will take several weeks before I start to feel better.

I'm looking for recommendations for books or websites that have good information about eating a healthy diet. Preferably something I can incorporate for the whole family, and doesn't involve lots of prep work, as I work full time and am taking an online class.

Also, any other tips on keeping yourself feeling great. I can't really work out right now, as the iron deficiency has resulted in some serious lightheadedness that makes it difficult for me to be upright for too long, and any spurts of energy I may have fizzle out pretty quick.
