Favorite Workout DVD's?

I'm 9 months pregnant so currently only doing prenatal workouts, but am hoping to get motivated post pregnancy.

Can you share some of your favorites? Some I use and love are by Kristin Mcgee, Ellen Barrett.

The only one I've seriously done is p90x. It really works if you stick with it. :-) though definitely not your average 30 minute video work out. You need at about 90 minutes a day

Re: Favorite Workout DVD's?

I have completed Chalean Extreme which is a weight lifting program for woman, although men can do it too. But its directed at woman, by woman. I've also done Turbo Fire. They are both by Beachbody and Chalene Johnson is the creator. I love her and her motivational comments throughout the workouts. Plus she is super funny and she picks great music, especially in Turbo Fire. If I can afford it I want to buy and complete P90X soon.
So far I've earned $525 in Amazon Gift Cards Swagbucks
I've lost over 70 pounds, read more here. Like my FB page Get Healthy With Sara

Re: Favorite Workout DVD's?

I did Insanity and quite enjoyed it. The first month DVD's aren't that long and I found that it kept me in shape (though I didn't drop tons of weight). I just started Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and am liking it. DVD's are only 26 mins including stretching so that makes me happy. Not as hard as Insanity but still hard enough. You can also get it free on YouTube.

Turbo jam is fun, 30 day shred has good results and is a good workout but i didn't enjoy it as much. Insanity month one i enjoyed. I also like fluidity, it's low key but see great results in inches.

30 day shred! It's not very fun though.... I don't like doing the same thing everyday but it's been giving me good results.
