I haven't used the thirsties but compared to flip nighttime inserts, I think they're less absorbent but more versatile. They can be wrapped around baby in the early stages then trifolded and bifolded later, plus you can use the bamboo or stay dry side to suit your needs. They're more pliable too so seen trimmer when on baby.

mine fully prepped measure 13x13.5 they dry one one dryer cycle same as my prefolds because of the one layer and how i can nfold it it is trimmer as well.

I think you'll find most wahms would do that for you with no problem! I carry all those fabrics and I have done them and can do them to whatever size customers like. But I am in Australia... so maybe a bit far away, shipping costs for heavy fabrics can be exy... you could ask around on here though for sure!
