Kinda OT but what to fed this kid

My DD has gone through 5 diapers so far today and every one has been a poo diaper. *cause obviously I did diaper laundry last night *
However its like just a little or hard formed so I think she is a bit backed up and might need some help. Ideas on what I might try feeding her to help things along?
She loves yogurt cheese carrots broccoli berries apples and pears anything with peanutbutter those gerber cereal bars and scrambled eggs and would eat these things all day long she is fairly picky on other things. Drinks lots of water tea if we allow it and I'm not against juice though I dont think we have any right now.

Go light on the peanut butter. It can bind some people up pretty good.

Yea I ned to basically hide it. She has recently figured out how to open jars and she will jsut go to town with a jar and a spoon.. I wondered if that wasn't causing issues...
Anything I can give her though to help?

No dairy or peanut butter, bananas, low on bleached flours (pasta, crackers, cereal) apples, and eggs. I'd do as many fresh or dried (watch the added sugar content on these) fruits as she can eat. Pears, grapes, prunes, raisins, mango, papaya, ect. Easy on citrus or pineapple, those have a lot of acid and can hurt the bum coming out. Lol. If she will, Greek yogurt or Keifer.

Well if I totally eliminate eggs and dairy/ peanutbutter I eliminate pretty much all protein she loves pears grapes rasins mango ect everything except papaya on the list doesn't like citrus. LOVES greek yogurt but wont touch kefier. I'll try pushing more fruits and getting some more greek yogurt as I think we are out.. She wont touch pasta crackers or like cold cereal except the occasional cereal bar.

Oh no I didn't mean to eliminate them forever! Just for a couple of days. Will she eat avocado? That has a ton of protein.

Juice gets my kids going. Constipation is one of the only times they get it, so that may help too that it's not an everyday thing for them.

One of my friends had a baby that was pretty backed up before he was on many solids and the dr told her to put a spoonful of corn syrup in his bottle. She said it really got things moving fast. Haven't tried that myself though.
