Re: Help me fake a very serious illness

Food poisoning? Just keep talking about explosive and constant diarrhea and hopefully she'll be happy you're not coming

LOL maybe you can "go to the emergency room" with extreme pain or your son fell and banged his head with possible concussion signs... Like RIGHT before the party. Opps sorry we didn't plan this! It is an emergency. Oh geez I am so upset I had to miss it all... (while sitting on the couch stuffing your face with a FU MIL cake).

She would never know and it could just turn out ds was lucky and had no concussion. :P

I'd go to the party and go on and on about how I was puking out both ends hours ago but it is slowing some.Keep getting up to run to the bathroom for extended lengths of time.

Actually, I wouldn't do that but that was the thought that popped into mind

Bells Palsy, it will be unobvious but serious enough no one would question you.

C-diff then run to the bathroom and crack a rotten egg. They'll send you packing real quick. Might not even want you over for the next family event.

Bell's palsy is very obvious... You can't fake that!

I would just not go. Say you forgot. She's done the same to you.
