Chocolate covered Katie is amazing!!!! And since her recipes are all healthy it isn't dangerous at all. We had pumpkin spice lattes the other night and healthy cake batter dip last night for family game night. I love her meal recipes too. I woke up this morning to pumpkin-pie steel cut oats in the crock pot, though that was admittedly a mix of recipes, partially hers and partially one from Skinny Ms.

Not all of the recipes on this website are dairy and gluten free but quite a few are or can be made that way. We are quite fond of several of them like this one, the hot chocolate oats (it needs some improvements, I think I will add coffee next time to give it more depth of flavor) and the Slow Cooker Indian Stew.

Re: Gluten/Diary Free Recipe Thread...Should We Start One?

Does anyone have a tried-and-true GF pancake recipe? I would love to find one that I can make quickly, or that I can have the flour mixture already made in a container so that all I have to do is add the wet ingredients and put on the griddle. Glutenfreegoddess has a yummy one that uses more than just the "blah" white rice flour/etc... but it takes so long to put together! Thanks for any ideas/recipes!

Re: Gluten/Diary Free Recipe Thread...Should We Start One?

I have some favourite sites that I drool over and they are gf/df and actual paleo for the most part. Which is gf/and d/f by default.

Elana's pantry

Nom nom paleo Lots of actual meals on here, the others have meals too but also baking and desserts.

PaleOMG

Elana's pantry has a gf bread recipe and I'm sure I've seen pancakes on there too.
