30 day ab workout (or similar)

I'm trying to find a 39 day ab routine to get me jump started on my leftover baby belly. It can't be an online video routine, since our Internet is capped and I would prefer a free one. Do any of you ladies have any suggestions for me?

Thanks!

check out videos at your local library. 30 Shred is more than just abs but last time I checked on amazon was under $10.

I was going to suggest a Pilates DVD or 30 Day shred. Jillian Michaels has a 6-week six pack ab workout. I loved that one.

Don't forget to add in some cardio!

(I can't wait to start doing more HIIT workouts after this baby comes!)

Thanks for the suggestions! I have tried the 30 day shred before and it KILLED My knees. I'll definitely look into her ab workout though! I bet it's rough! ;-)

I'll be doing abs daily and alternating between my treadmill and a circuit workout on my home gym. It just doesn't have many options for an excersizes.

I have a Windsor Pilates DVD I'm not going to ever use. If I can find all the pieces, do you want it?

Thanks but no thanks. I've had a Windsor palates DVD set for over or around 10 years. I put it in once or twice a year, and I have not once completed a workout. I HAAAAATE it. Especially the roll ups. And her voice :shudder: I'm more of a yoga gal myself.

Can you just do a crunch challenge?

I added a squat challenge to my regular elliptical routine & also started doing the same number of crunches 2 x daily or 2-3 free 5 min ab apps daily. I rotate between doing the crunches & apps every other day except for the off days of the squat challenge. I do 3 days on then 1 rest day. So far I've kept it going for 2 weeks & enjoy it more than video serries.

I'll probably get bored with it after 2-3 months & have to change things up again.
