Good to know where I am starting from, though.
I weigh every day. I go up each day a little unless I poop...LOL! Then it goes back down. Also if I have not drank enough water I see a rise. If I eat anything with sodium in it I get a jump too. It is like a rollar coaster.

Today I lost a pound of my bacon and bread bloat. I still have 2 more pounds to go. I have already started my water for the day. I want to bust out the pounds.

Not to mention, calorie defecits or surpluses wont register overnight, they are cumulative over time. I wont have a doughnut today and see the scale increase the next day (unless from inflammation due to gluten...blah blah). Daily weighing is tricky!

I do weigh everyday but just to see what it says. I only record once a week. It's funny I usually see my weight peak around weds-thurs and come back down for weigh day on Monday.
Needed to read this today.

Schlotsky's causes me to gain 4 lbs and hold it for at least 4 days. It's low calorie, but I guess the crazy high sodium really affects me.

Sodium kills me too. I gain 2-4 pounds if I eat too much.

Re: 25 lb Challenge April Thread

i started that 15 day detox from GNC. its a bottle of herbal pills in a yellow bottle. I lost 4 lbs in 3 days
all the bloat and the sludge built up came out finally!!
my start weight was 132 and I was down to 125. im back up to 127 this morning.

i have been working out 3 times a week, taking b 12 for energy as well as half an energy drink and the detox pills at times when I feel bloated again. not doing daily cause I just forget.

For energy you should try vitamin d. Many people are actually deficient of this vitamin.
