Stinks! I am finding AF to less sucky since I've gone to cloth myself. No craps and so light. The pads aren't the most comfortable to exercise it but I am no longer having problems due to the products. The worst part now is loose stool. Icky!

Hope you find time for the gym.

Let us know how it goes! Sounds fun but I could never give up sleep for exercise...

I'm a big fan of early morning workouts. Let us know how it goes!

146.3! Finishing the month down 4 pounds. Half of what I wanted to loose this month...but I am thrilled! I am learning all about how my body works and that is progress!

What? You're insane! I sleep until 6, then roll out of bed and force myself to go to work. I really want to start morning work outs, but I've always been a night owl.

I started with a personal trainer today...it went pretty well. It was a little slow this time as it more acquisition but I think I will like it. I hope to loose some inches and tone up!
Very nice! I hope this trainer works out for you!

AFM: I should have finished the video last night. I woke up with 15 minutes to get to the bootcamp, and a baby that nursed most of the night morning, but was acting like he was starving (growth spurt?). I'm going to try again for her Thursday morning session. I'd love to try tonight, but I have no one to watch the newb and I am not ready for daycare.

I sleep as long as I can most mornings (big kids usually have me up by 7). This bootcamp would have me getting up by 5. But, I would get my exercise done early, time for myself, hopefully a shower, and maybe devotional time. I am going to have to work hard to retrain my body to do it, though. I'm more of a night owl. I am going to try to get myself to sleep by 10 each night, in hopes that I can adjust to the early workout.

Re: 25 lb Challenge April Thread

I used to be a night owl till baby Finn came along. Now I go down when he does between 7-8 PM. I am up by 7 each AM. I am not a morning person, but with 3 kids to get ready at the butt crack of dawn, you have to be. I look forward to next year when I got 3 in school and only 1 at home.
