anyone 5 days late for af and still get bfn?

Today, I'm 5 days late for af (14days past possible conception/dtd, 15-16dpo, with spotting 6 days after dtd), I've been nauseous yesterday and today. I've tested since 8dpo and all neg (used ICs), I even bought a few frers and took one 3 days late for af and one yesterday (4 days late)....neg. I even posted my 3 and 4 days late tests on Baby Center's Test Tweakers board and nothing except indents could be pulled out. I've been very regular 28 days for a year now, last cycl I was 1 day late, but 1 day seems normal, 5...not so much. I'm getting irritated at the uncertainty...if I keep getting neg tests, I should be bleeding by now...right?

So anyone 5 days late with bfns? Did you end up with a bfp later? Or would you think I'm just one of those weird ladies that the test won't turn positive? ::sigh::

To clarify, on a 28 day cycle 14dpo is when generally af starts, so you are 19dpo?

Stress can delay af. However, I've known a few women who tested negative on the urine tests even though they were a few months pregnant. You might call your ob/gyn and ask if he/she will do a blood test (though they may tell you to just wait it out).

I have been up to 2 weeks late and not pregnant. It happens, but you can always all your ob and have a blood test done.

no I'm either 15-16dpo. I normally don't O until cd16-18, even on a 28 day cycle.

thanks for the responses, but af just showed. At least I know now. Being so late for af and having neg tests was really confusing and making me go crazy.
