No, we didn't with DS and won't with this one either. Honestly, I didn't want to bring anything extra to the hospital. We CD'd once we got home and will do the same with this one.

Re: Did you do cloth in the hospital?

Yep, we brought a few AIO's and mostly fitteds last time, but will probably bring all AIO's this time and a bigger wet bag. I brought a medium planet wise last time and it barely held all of the dirty diapers and my postpartum mama cloth.

I did with my youngest two boys. I brought wetbags and fitteds, and a few AI2s.

Re: Did you do cloth in the hospital?

Yes with my first. I brought my entire stash...no lie. It was a good thing too, as she ended up being a cesarean and we were there for 4 days. My husband took them home and washed on the 2nd day, then we brought them all home with us to wash.

My stash with DD1 was 24 xs very baby aios, several KHW fitteds, 6 KLOs, a few thirsties covers, some wool (didn't use in the hospital). We had more, but that's pretty much what was used over and over again.

We took it with us with DD2, and I believe she wore some cloth there (we weren't there long). I know she wore a few sposies there too. We took xs very baby aios.

Same here. I didnt and I wont. I was also too tired and too occupied to care what sort of diaper he had on. And I had previously been super excited to try everything out.

Re: Did you do cloth in the hospital?

I didn't, because she was my first baby, but I think I would do PFs and covers next time around. Compact, cheap, wouldn't worry if they got lost or meconium stained.

We didn't bc he was our first and we were so overwhelmed. He was two weeks early and we weren't prepared at all. Next time we would though.

Nope. And with this baby we aren't even doing a NB stash. With DS2 I bought a full NB stash for him but the first few weeks I was so overwhelmed with adjusting to having 2 kids that we didn't really even get back into cloth full time until he fit well into our small and OS diapers.

Yup! DD has never once been in a sposie, even though she was in the level 2 nursery for a day and a half. We weighed the diapers before and after so they could measure her output. One of the big reasons I CD is to keep chemicals off my baby. It's especially important to me with a newborn. I brought most of the dipes with as I had a lot of different brands and wasn't sure what would fit. I brought a big zip up wetbag and just washed when we got home. It was super easy!
