Why is my wrap sagging?

It's a new Ellaroo, and I am carrying in my 13lb 2mo. I'm new at wrapping. It seems like the top rail keeps loosening up, and last night my carry ended up in "pregnant belly" position. I feel like I am pulling things as tight as I can in front of the mirror, so how can I fix this? Tonight I tried leaving the wrap "bunched" across my back and shoulders, rather than keeping it flat and spread out, but that made it uncomfortable and harder to adjust, plus I still had the top rail problem. (I took it off before it had a chance to sag.) What am I doing wrong? TIA!

What carry are you using? You may just need to make sure you are tightening each section of the wrap; here's a good video:

That is a GREAT video Thank you so much! It went great today, without a mirror. We were both comfy and content for an hour and a half, when I decided to wake him for a feeding. Thanks a bunch. It was really easy and I am now in love with wrapping
