Re: Happy Basic Monday

Back at school after a pretty nice and relaxing spring break. Just 6 weeks left with my students...WOW

Wish Mel was coming to be with me again in May, not sure how I will get through all the end of the year stuff without her

Re: Happy Basic Monday

Morning mamacitas. It was freezing temps this morning and now like 60 and sunny. So weird. We don't get out of school until mid-June here. Sigh.

I have had coffee time every morning for a week now . It has been life-changing. I seriously thought maybe I would get one or two ten minute shots at it a week, and it has been glorious. I feel so ready to take on the day. I haven't had a tantrum in all this time. For some reason it also helps me remember to eat breakfast, I am not sure why. And since I get coffee time every morning, I remember to take all my supplements and meds since they are right there with the Keurig.

I have way too much going on this week. Like two or three things a day somebody has to prep for or be somewhere. Gah.

I have started my inventory...yuck. A necessary evil though. Starting with the Easy books since I mostly just weed for condition there. Makes the process go quickly.

Well, you know, I thought it had been too long since I got a call from the principal's office. So apparently while the aides tried to heard cats getting the in from recess, Ginger asked if she could go to the bathroom. They told her to wait, as everyone was about to go inside and they had to count heads and whatnot. So instead of telling them it was dire, she chose instead to go pee behind a tree. So anyway, they handled it well, because ya know no one ever actually told her she couldn't pee outside but now she has been informed of the proper procedure in this instance. Anyone want my life?

OMGosh Cheryl! That is hilarious!

Still working on spring cleaning. Elbow deep in laundry. Tons of trash to get rid of. It feels great to purge though. I feel like our house looks much cleaner, less cluttered, and I no longer feel like we are outgrowing it.

WFD: Pizza and salad. We earned it today!

Sorry I am not there Jen, and I mean it! It would be so much less stressful than what I feel I have to do in the next little while. We still have 12 weeks of school - our last day is June 28. Right now my kids are doing a rocking project on iMovie with the help of a Grade 5/6 class. It is going to be awesome!

So sad about Boston. Sad too that I just heard that my Granny is worse again today. I am worried she will not come home.
