Capri insert size 2 trim?

I'm looking for some trim inserts to fit in my Flip covers (we are on medium rise setting). Could I get some suggestions on stay-dry inserts? I really want trim as possible.

I've been eyeing the capri inserts since they have the stay dry option but I'm a little nervous since they are expensive. Any advice?

We don't have capris, but the Thirsties stay-dry inserts are pretty trim in our covers. Abby's Lane has Thirsties products 15% off. You could also pad-fold flats and that would be inexpensive and fairly trim.

Re: Capri insert size 2 trim?

I am also on the hunt for a very trim insert to use with my Flips and Grovia. I ordered a set of the Capri size 2 and they are ok but I am not in love with them. I also ordered some of the organic daytime flip inserts to try and think I am going to order some Grovia bamboo pfs to try too. I have some Thirsties hemp inserts that I like too and think I like those more than the Capri. I know these aren't stay dry but I use fleece liners in all my diapers. I bought a fleece remnant from Joanns for about $6 and cut a whole bunch of strips. My dd is a pretty solid pooper (sorry a little TMI) so normally I just dump and flush no problem. On the off chance she has a "messy" diaper I just toss the liner, makes for a very easy clean up.

Oh, I've also heard of people loving the Diaper Safari inserts and they are b2g1 right now.

The trimmest thing I ever used was a joeybunz laid in a grovia shell. I use fleece liners to make it stay dry (and clean easily) and it was as trim as a sposie and quite absorbent.

sorry, i'm really bad at autocorrect and I don't like proof reading!

I and interested too. The stay dry flip insert is not enough for my 10 month old dd. it is trim-ish
I just got some flips daytime organic flats so we will see how those do.
However they are not prepped yet. Only washed once

Re: Capri insert size 2 trim?

I LOVED my capri size 2 inserts for my son. He is potty learning now so isn't using them anymore. They were very absorbent and super trim! I used them in capri covers, Flips and also Diaper Safari covers. They fit awesome in all of them. :-)

It's very trim! Trimmer than a padfold flat by far, IMO. They fit well in about everything, but my fav is a grovia shell. I've used them in flips, Capris, duo wraps, DS covers. I like them because they dry quickly and are as absorbant as a flat. I'm a fan of the fleece!

Re: Capri insert size 2 trim?

That's great to know! I'm waiting to get my capri inserts this weekend. I bought two of FSOT and had them shipped to the in-laws in Florida a few weeks ago. I can't wait to try them out in my grovia and Flip covers!!
