I don't reuse them. I also use the dreaded Dr Browns as my son was a preemie and has severe reflux. This is what his OT in the hospital started him on. He still sees an OT through EI and she recommends them also. I have 3 dishwasher racks for them so I don't hand wash them. We have 4-4oz and 10-8 oz plus 2-2 oz we don't use.

No. Bacteria. Ick. Unless it's like, baby downs it in a few minutes and is still hungry. Then maybe, but that would be my limit. You're not even supposed to give them formula that's be sitting out more than what, an hour I think? So all day without a cleaning seems dangerous to me.

You can wash it out well and then use it. I boil mine daily, and hand rinse beforehand with a bottle brush the nipples, rings and bottles, but I have a decent bit of them. If you only have one, just wash it. Make sure it's thoroughly rinsed though, and you clean all parts.
