twin name opinions

I am due in August with identical twins. Won't know gender until birth. These are the names that I have come up with. Opinions? The boys names have to end in -tin and the girls names must start with different vowel, not A.
Boys-
Quentin William
Brocktin Anthony

Girls-
Imogene Arden
Everleigh Hannah
So what do you think? Any better suggestions. Thanks

I like them all except Brocktin. Reminds me of a not so nice place near where I grew up.

Love Imogene though.

Re: twin name opinions

Everyone hates Brocktin! I have been secretly calling baby B that for months and it feels like his name ( even tho he could be a girl LOL ) But now that I asked opinions of people - family, facebook, here and another forum- that is the one name everyone comments on first about how much they dislike it!!!!!

What about Trentin?
I liked Westin but DH nixed because it is a hotel chain
DH nixed Peytin, Tristin, Feltin, Fintin, Keltin, Koltin already
And I don't like Justin,, Dustin, Martin

Prestin was on the table till we found out DH great uncle was a child molester and that ws his name. Right out the window there!

Have you considered Austin or Clintin? Brocktin is not something I would choose, but if you love it, go for it! As for having a Quentin and a Brocktin (ya know, in case they are both boys) will that drive you crazy? I would not love how similar the names sounded- I would be mixing up their names all the time.

Um, those are some restrictive guidelines, wow! The only thing I came up with is that maybe if your DH doesn't like Westin, maybe he'd like Eastin

BTW, my friend's son is Preston...he's adorable & I'm going to try to keep a good association there for myself And I've met an Arden before; I LOVE that name!

Re: twin name opinions

We have an Austin and the first twin is definitely Quentin ( DH father/granfather that paid for the IVF that made these babies) so that is why the second twin is going to also be a -tin name.

Carrie- Arden is actually my mom's name. She hates it but I actually have met a couple of Ardens in my life. It was historically a male name ( it is her father's middle name also). Her first name is actually Jimmie ( so is her mom's - Jimmie Earl and my mom is Jimmie Arden!) My mom would disown me if I used it as a first name but I like it as a middle name.

And Preston/prestin is a good name but since DH has a relative that everyone knows is/was a child molester by that name, there is definitely a stigma in the family! Don't want them to think of that everytime they talk to my kid!!!

poopster (LOL- seems silly to address you as that! ) - they are identical so they will either be both boys or both girls. If they are boys, I will have an Austin, Quentin and Brocktin. Nicknames Audi (like aw-di), Quent and Brock.

I had not thought of Clintin -I am gonna ask DH about that

I don't hate Brocktin, definitely unusual though.

Umm... Daltin, Claytin, Ashtin, Augustin.
